Pay

Your invoices can be found in your personal account under the heading invoices.

  • Amortization of subscription fees occurs prior to the subscription period. Depending on the type of subscription, we will automatically charge and debit the amount due for the next installment after the first payment.

  • If the direct debit fails, you will be notified with a request to ensure sufficient balance in your account in time for a 2nd direct debit attempt. Should the 2nd collection attempt fail unexpectedly, your account will be put on hold. You can override this by transferring the subscription fee due to us yourself. Of course, you can always contact us if there are problems with a payment.
  • If an excessive or incorrect amount has been debited from your account by us, please contact our customer service department at contact@informationmedicine.org.

You can change your bank account number or your chosen payment method through your personal dashboard.

If you have paid for a different subscription than you currently have access to, please contact our customer service team at contact@informationmedicine.org

All amounts displayed on our website include VAT. You can find the VAT amounts on your invoice in your personal dashboard.
