Returns & Cancellation
- You have a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product you ordered through our web shop without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You still have 14 days from the time of return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- For returning the order, the return costs are at your expense.
- We ask that you report a return to us at contact@informationmedicine.org. You will then receive further instructions and the shipping label by mail.
- You can track a return by using the track & trace code of the relevant parcel service. When a package is received back from us, we will send you an email with information on how to handle it.
- More information on returns can be found in our terms and conditions under article 4.4. This states, among other things:
- Information Medicine BV will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Information Medicine BV for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal.
- Unless Information Medicine BV offers to pick up the product itself, it may wait to refund until it has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier.
- Information Medicine BV will use the same means of payment used by the consumer for reimbursement when purchasing, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to the consumer.
- If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
- Within 14 days of Information Medicine’s receipt of the returned product.

Product: as long as a product has not been shipped, you can still cancel the order by sending an email to contact@informationmedicine.org. Otherwise, you will have to wait for delivery and then return the product.
Service: you can cancel your subscription free of charge during the 14-day trial period via your personal account or by sending an email to contact@informationmedicine.org. After the trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal dashboard.

Product: You can exchange a purchased product within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact contact@informationmedicine.org so that we can ensure that the product is exchanged for the correct product. We also ask you to contact us if you have received an incorrect delivery or a damaged product.
Service: you cannot update your subscription through your personal dashboard at this time. Please contact us for more information.
- We try to select and package our products to the best of our ability to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive something different that what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or give a full refund. The product must then be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
- In these circumstances, we will also pay the cost of return shipping. Request proof of shipment from the relevant parcel service so that we can process the refund of the return shipping costs.
- In case of an incomplete delivery, wrong delivery or defective product, we ask that you report it to us within 5 days of delivery via contact@informationmedicine.org. You will then receive further instructions and the return shipping label by email.
- For more information see article 4.6 of our General Terms and Conditions. This states, among other things:
- Customer agrees to inspect its shipment upon delivery and report any damage immediately within 5 days of delivery.
- The customer agrees that Information Medicine BV will not be liable for any damages if information and a photograph of the damage are not provided to Information Medicine BV in writing within 5 days of delivery.
No, you can cancel at any time. You only owe the cost of the current subscription period.
During the 14-day trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time free of charge. After these 14 days, you can stop your subscription renewal at any time through your account or by contacting our customer service team via email: contact@informationmedicine.org.
You will not receive a refund of the fees already paid for the current subscription period, therefore the respective subscription will remain accessible until the end of that subscription period.
