Returns & Cancellation

  • You have a so-called cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) of 14 days to return the product you ordered via our webshop without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have another 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
  • For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
  • We ask you to report a return to us via contact@informationmedicine.org. You will then receive further instructions by e-mail and, if applicable, a shipping label.
  • You can follow a return shipment using the track & trace code of the relevant parcel service. If a package has been returned to us, we will send you an email with information about further processing.
  • More information about returns and your right of withdrawal can be found in our general terms and conditions under Article 4.5 and 4.7. This includes, among other things:
    • Information Medicine BV reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Information Medicine BV for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal.
    • Unless Information Medicine BV offers to collect the product itself, it may wait with repayment until it has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier.
    • Information Medicine BV uses the same means of payment that the consumer used for the purchase, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
    • If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Information Medicine does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.
  • Within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by Information Medicine.

Product: as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can still cancel the order (via email or telephone). If the order has been processed and shipped, you will have to wait for the delivery and then return the product.

Service: you can cancel your subscription free of charge during the 7-day trial period via your personal dashboard or by sending an email to contact@informationmedicine.org. After the trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal dashboard.

Product: You can exchange a purchased product within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact contact@informationmedicine.org so that we can ensure that the product is exchanged for the correct product. We also ask you to contact us if you have received an incorrect delivery or a damaged product.

Service: you can adjust your subscription at any time through your personal dashboard.

What to do in case of incorrect delivery (wrong or defective product or incomplete delivery)?

  • We try to select and pack our products as best we can to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive something different from what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. In that case, the product should be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • In these circumstances we will also pay the costs of the return shipment. Please request proof of postage from the relevant carrier so that we can process the refund of the return shipping costs.
  • In case of an incomplete delivery, an incorrect delivery or a defective product, we ask you to report this to us within 5 days after delivery via contact@informationmedicine.org. You will receive further instructions and the return shipping label by e-mail.
  • For more information see article 4.6 of our Terms and Conditions. This includes, among other things:
    • The customer agrees to inspect his shipment upon delivery and report any damage immediately within 5 days of delivery.
    • The customer agrees that Information Medicine BV is not liable for any damage if information regarding the damage, including a photo of the damage, is not provided to Information Medicine BV in writing within 5 days after delivery.

No, you can cancel at any time. You only owe the costs of the current subscription period.

During the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged yet and you can cancel your subscription at any time free of charge. After these 7 days, the trial subscription becomes a paid subscription. You can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time via your personal dashboard or by contacting our customer service team via email: contact@informationmedicine.org.

You will not receive a refund of the fees already paid for the current subscription period, therefore the subscription in question will remain accessible until the end of that subscription period.
