Discounts
- If you have received a discount code, you can enter this code during the ordering process in our webshop. With this code you will immediately receive a discount. This can be a fixed amount or a percentage or, for example, free shipping costs. Discount codes can be applied once per user.
- Only one discount or promotion code can be used with each order you place. This means that you cannot combine multiple codes, including free shipping codes, with one single order.
- The terms and conditions of promotional discount codes vary per code and only apply to orders placed during the promotion period. The discount code cannot be applied to orders placed before or after this period.
- If you have any problems with payment via a discount code, please contact customer service at contact@informationmedicine.org.
- The discount code has been entered incorrectly: the discount code will not work if the code has not been entered correctly. We therefore recommend that you check the discount code again for capital letters and punctuation marks.
- The discount code is no longer valid: the discount code does not work if it is no longer valid. Please check the validity period of your discount code and/or whether the code is valid on all items in your shopping cart. If you do not know the expiration date of your discount code, please contact our customer service.
