Ordering

• Select the products you want to order so that they are in the shopping cart
• Go to the shopping cart and check your order.
• Select the shipping method.
• You can then proceed to the payment method.
• You must register as a customer.
• Confirm your order by clicking on “proceed to iDeal” or “place order”.
• Click on checkout and follow the payment instructions.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order within 1 hour.

Is your order not listed under “Orders” in your personal dashboard and did you order more than 1 hour ago? If so, please contact our customer service via contact@informationmedicine.org.

When placing the order, you can specify your preferred delivery method and delivery address. For delivery within the Netherlands, we use DHL and PostNL.

Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track the status of your order and expected delivery.

Product: You can exchange a purchased product within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact contact@informationmedicine.org so that we can ensure that the product is exchanged for the correct product. We also ask you to contact us if you have received an incorrect delivery or a damaged product.

Service: you can adjust your subscription at any time through your personal dashboard.

Product: as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can still cancel the order (via email or telephone). If the order has been processed and shipped, you will have to wait for the delivery and then return the product.

Service: you can cancel your subscription free of charge during the 7-day trial period via your personal dashboard or by sending an email to contact@informationmedicine.org. After the trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal dashboard.
