Ordering
Select the products you want to order so that they are added to your shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart and check the order. Confirm the order by clicking ” proceed to checkout”. Fill in the required information on the next screen to register yourself. Choose the payment method, agree to the terms and conditions and finalize your order by clicking “place order.” You can then use the secure payment environment to checkout the order.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour.
The subscription is automatically activated after payment is processed. From then on, you can play the sound files through your personal dashboard – my account environment via the sound files audio library tab.
Please note that when paying via SEPA, your bank needs several business days to process the payment. The order will be processed as soon as payment is received. Your account is also activated only after the payment is processed through the bank.
Possibly the confirmation email ended up in your spam box/unwanted emails?
Is your order not listed under ‘Orders’ in your account and you ordered more than 1 hour ago? If so, please contact our customer service department at contact@informationmedicine.org.
When placing the order, you can specify your desired delivery method and delivery address. For delivery within the Netherlands, we use DHL and PostNL.
Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track the status of your order and expected delivery.
Product: you can exchange a purchased product within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact contact@informationmedicine.org so that we can ensure that the product is exchanged for the correct product. Also, if you have received an incorrect delivery or a damaged product, we ask that you contact us within 14 days.
Service: It is not possible at this time to change your subscription in the interim yourself. Please contact us for options.

Product: as long as your order has not been processed and shipped, you can still cancel the order (via email or phone). If you have already received the order, the order can be returned.
Service: you can cancel the subscription free of charge during the 14-day trial period via the personal dashboard or by sending an email to contact@informationmedicine.org. After the trial period, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account.
