Lumbosacral – Pelvis – SI Joint

This sound file contains the balancing frequencies that relate to all parts of the lumbosacral region or the lower back in general, the associated functions and parts involved, emotions, chakras and meridians.

The lower back consists of 6 (horse) or 7 (dog and cat) lumbar vertebrae also called the lumbar spine. The lower back can make the following movements: flexion (bending), extension (stretching), side bending and rotation (turning).

The pelvis (os coxae) consists of 3 fused bones:

  1. The pubic bone (os pubis)
  2. The ischium (sciatic bone)
  3. The ilium (os ilium)

Together with the left and right hip, they form the pelvic girdle. The pelvis connects the spine to the legs and thus has an important function in the posture and movement of the body. In addition, it protects the organs that lie within the pelvic cavity, such as the intestines, bladder and the male and female reproductive organs.

The SI joint (sacroiliac joint) consists of a left SI joint and a right SI joint and is located between the sacrum (sacrum) and the pelvis (iliac bones). It connects the bottom of the spine to the pelvis, transferring enormous forces through these joints from the hips to the spine. In a SI block, the nerves that run to the SI joint are partially interrupted. As a result, pain signals are less well transmitted.

This sound file can be combined well with the sound files Alignment, Kidneys, Regeneration, Digestion & Metabolism, Inner Balance and Vagus Nerve – Microbiome. There is a separate file for the entire spine. There is also a separate sound file for osteoporosis and for sciatica – low back pain.
