Bone fracture

This sound file contains the balancing frequencies related to fracture recovery support.

The degree of a broken bone or fracture can range from a small hairline fracture to a comminuted fracture or an open fracture (where the bone has broken through the skin). The recovery of a bone fracture generally takes 6 to 8 weeks. Recovery depends on the thickness of the bone, how much weight it has to bear and on age. In young animals a fracture generally heals faster. The healing of a bone fracture is divided into three phases: the inflammatory phase, the repair phase and the remodeling phase. In the inflammatory phase, the bone grows back together with the help of connective tissue, which does not yet provide support. This phase lasts about two weeks. At the end of the recovery phase, the body has actually healed the fracture with bone tissue. This phase lasts about six weeks. In the remodeling phase, the body makes the bone stronger, as it was before the fracture. This phase can take up to a year. That is why you can sometimes see where the fracture was for a long time.

In traditional Eastern medicine, the bones are energetically connected to the kidney energy (bones, bone marrow, joints).

Combines well with the sound files Regeneration and Trauma Physical, and the sound file for the body part associated with the bone fracture, for example the sound file Hip for a broken hip, and if applicable Post-traumatic dystrophy.
