The Fair use policy is included in our terms and conditions to prevent abuse of subscriptions. We want to prevent someone, for example as a consumer, taking out a wellness or premium subscription, but then allowing their entire family or the entire company to use this subscription.

We assume that you as a consumer play a maximum of 1-2 sessions per day. If it turns out that someone uses substantially more sound files than can be expected with his/her subscription, we will contact that user. If we suspect abuse of the fair use policy, we reserve the right to limit the number of sound files that can be listened to by that user.

• We need your address for accounting purposes. The address must be stated on the invoice.
• We must have a physical address in case, for example, payment problems arise or if we can no longer reach you digitally.
• We also need your address to determine the VAT rate that applies to you.
