This sound file contains the balancing frequencies related to support for bone fracture recovery.
The grade of a bone fracture can range from a partial fracture to a complete fracture or an open or compound fracture (in which the bone has broken through the skin). The recovery of a bone fracture generally takes 6 to 8 weeks. Recovery depends on the thickness of the bone, how much weight it has to bear and on age, in children a fracture generally heals faster. The healing of a bone fracture is divided into three phases: the inflammation phase, the repair phase and the remodeling phase. In the inflammatory phase, the bone grows back together with the help of connective tissue, this does not yet provide support. This phase lasts about two weeks. At the end of the recovery phase, the body has actually healed the fracture with bone tissue. This phase lasts about six weeks. In the remodeling phase, the body makes the bone stronger, as it was before the fracture. This phase can last up to a year. That is why you can sometimes see where the fracture was for a long time.
In traditional Eastern medicine, the bones are energetically connected with the kidney energy (bones, bone marrow, joints). In Indian medicine, the first chakra or root chakra is particularly involved.
