This sound file contains the balancing frequencies that are related to sleep regulation, sleeping better and deeper and it helps the body to recover during sleep.

A good night’s sleep is essential for your health and vitality, for your energy level and your productivity during the day. Sleep is not just about the quantity of sleep (how many hours you sleep per night) but also your sleep quality (how effective is your sleep). Good sleep means that your brain and body (in all three layers: body, mind and spirit) are given the time and opportunity to cleanse and recover. A good night’s sleep helps to process the emotions of the day and to remember what you have learned during the day.

Trouble sleeping can have endless causes, it is therefore important to look for this cause, for example, these can be physical or mental complaints, but also (lack of) exercise or your diet can have a major influence on your sleep quality. Sleep problems can be broadly divided into three categories: problems falling asleep, problems staying asleep and waking up too early.

According to traditional Eastern medicine, there is disharmony with the natural rhythm of nature in case of a sleeping disorder. Everything in nature lives in sync with the movements of the sun and the earth. With sleep problems there is insufficient balance between yin and yang, there may be an excess of yang (too active) or a deficiency of yin (too little rest). Many meridians can be involved in sleep problems: e.g., the spleen meridian (worrying, having trouble falling asleep), kidney meridian (anxiety, having to urinate frequently at night), the triple heater meridian (inner balance, fatigue, depression), the liver meridian (frustration, disturbed biorhythm, waking up often) and the lung meridian (lying awake due to sadness and mourning). Using the organ clock you can see which energetic organ system is involved (based on the time at which you wake up / lie down at night). You can then combine the playback of the Sleep file with the relevant energetic organ.

According to Indian medicine, sleep problems are linked to the third chakra (letting go and worrying, trouble falling asleep), the fourth chakra (depression, restlessness, waking up) and the sixth chakra (biorhythm).
