This sound file contains the balancing frequencies related to the vagus nerve and microbiome, their associated functions, emotions, chakras, meridians and other energy systems.
Your intestines, like the brain, have their own nervous system that controls many bodily processes. Your gut and more specifically the microbiome is also called your second brain, or maybe it’s even your first brain. Your brain is connected to your gut by the longest cranial nerve in our body, the vagus nerve. The intestines (gut mucosa) and brain communicate with each other via this nerve. This connection is also called the brain-gut axis. Numerous neurotransmitters and hormones are produced in the intestines that play an important role in your mental health and can influence your mood and behavior, among other things. Vice versa you can influence your gut health and digestion from the brain with, for example, body-mind-spirit techniques such as mindfulness, meditation or hypnosis.
Eric Laarakker: “The vagus nerve ensures the intelligent communication and coordination between the outside world and the symphony of your inner nature. I see the vagus nerve as the link between your body, mind & spirit. The vagus nerve takes care of the transport of light and cosmic information, which is absorbed, among other things, via the eyes with the surrounding yang meridians, to the microbiome, in other words, the brain in your gut. The light (Yang force) activates the electron pump in the body, which, among other things, raises negative ions in the body via the acupuncture grounding point Kindey1 under the soles of the feet. This electron pump helps you to ground better and also to drain the harmful positive ions through your kidneys and bladder. That is why it is so important to regularly make contact with the earth (Yin force) with your bare feet”.
Our microbiome protects us against harmful germs, and it plays an important role in our digestive process. The functioning of the microbiome is determined by the totality of microbes. A great diversity of bacterial species is more important than the presence of that one bacterial species. The composition of your microbiome can change due to, for example, agricultural poisons, the use of medicines such as antibiotics, excessive alcohol consumption and a diet with a high content of fat, salt or sugar and also excessive hygiene.
The vagus nerve is connected to the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for restoring, repairing, building, resting and calming our stress system. Stress inhibits the activity of the vagus nerve, disrupting communication between the brain and gut. This has negative consequences for our intestinal health and our digestion, among other things. In addition to a calming, restorative effect, stimulation of the vagus nerve also has an anti-inflammatory effect. It therefore has a beneficial effect on, among other things, our intestines and the microbiome and therefore on our overall health in all layers: from body, mind and spirit.
Energetically, the vagus nerve is connected to two important body poles: the dextrorotatory north pole at the level of the thymus, also the end point of the Kidney meridian acupuncture point Kidney27. And the left-hand south pole, which lies below the navel in the center of the abdomen. Energy spirals run from these body poles, connecting you to ‘the essence of The All’. The vagus nerve thus plays an important role in your alignment: the spiritual, intellectual, and physical alignment of yourself, where you are both well-grounded and in touch with your intuition and higher consciousness.
