Wood (Five Elements)

This sound file contains the balancing frequencies related to the Wood element, its associated organs, emotions, chakras, meridians, possible conditions, and symptoms.

The Wood element is associated with spring, the season of growth, new beginnings, and self-expression.

The Wood element is characterized by zest for life, creativity, courage, resilience, imagination, and kindness. Wood types are tireless, hard workers with plenty of energy. They are dynamic and determined, full of ideas, like to take the lead, are creative, and often competitive. They love action and speed and often have a sinewy, athletic build.

The Wood element represents the liver and gallbladder organs. Wood energy is about tolerance, knowing your own limits, decisiveness, perseverance, and the power to create and innovate. Imbalance and exceeding one’s limits can manifest as stress, anger, frustration, aggression, mood swings, increased susceptibility to injury, and problems with tendons, ligaments, and eyes. Muscle cramps, uncontrolled movements, excessive urea (nitrogen) in the urine, and indigestion can also occur with imbalance in the Wood element.

To support the liver and gall. By controlling the balanced flow of blood, the liver keeps emotions in check. Furthermore, this organ ensures the rise of Qi (life energy) and blood to help the spleen and heart with their role as “feeders.”

From the perspective of Chinese medicine, the liver also regulates the tendons and muscles, so a tendon injury should also involve treatment of the liver (energy).

This sound file can be used as maintenance to keep an element in balance, but also for energetic and physical problems. This sound file can also be used in a specific season, in this case, spring.
