Osteoporosis is the medical name for porous bone or weak bone. Weak means, weaker than the average. It is a chronic disease of the skeleton in which bone strength decreases. It is also referred to as bone decalcification, although not quite correctly. Bone decalcification means that the bone becomes less and less strong. Bone decalcification leads to osteoporosis when the bone density (bone strength) falls below a certain limit.
In traditional Eastern medicine, the bones are energetically connected with the kidney energy (bones, bone marrow, joints). When the kidney energy is imbalanced, complaints can arise such as fear, phobias and introversion, sleeping problems and lack of willpower.
