This sound file contains the balancing frequencies that relate to all parts of the connective tissue or fascia in the body, their functions and involved parts, emotions, chakras and meridians.
Connective tissue or fascia is a large and important organ and is located throughout the body. It encases every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle. It connects all kinds of structures in our body and supports organs, joints and muscles. It thus provides internal structure, but it also ensures our physical posture. You could see it as a kind of information highway along which structures in our body communicate with each other and transport information, nutrients and waste products. It contains nerves, blood vessels, lymphatic vessels and may also contain what we call meridians (energy channels) in Eastern medicine.
It is a continuous tissue that looks like a spider’s web, a stringy white substance. Fascia consists mainly of collagen with the liquid hyaluronan in between. The hyaluronan keeps the fascia flexible so that it can stretch with movement. If fascia becomes thicker or viscous, it can limit mobility and cause stiffness and pain. This can be due to inflammation, injury or trauma, scars, stress and incorrect posture.
So it is important to keep fascia healthy and supple. This can include regular exercise, stretching (yoga) every day, staying well hydrated and relaxing enough. Healthy fascia ensures a supple and resilient body and thus good posture, good blood circulation and faster recovery after working out. It can reduce stretch marks, cellulite and scar tissue. A healthy fascia improves your overall health.
