Delivery
- When placing the order, you can specify your desired delivery method and delivery address. For delivery within the Netherlands, we use DHL and PostNL.
- Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- • Ordered items will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the selected delivery service.
- • We make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within the estimated timeframes and within a maximum of 30 working days. If for any reason we are unable to do this, we will contact you within 21 business days of you placing the order to inform you of the status of your order. If there is a problem with the availability of the selected products, we will contact you within 28 business days to inform you of the expected delivery date. Please allow extra time (details on request) for delivery of special ordered items.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential damage caused by late delivery or non-delivery by the selected carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items which are proven not to have been received by the customer.
- The costs for the different delivery services are shown during the check out of your order. You can also request the rates by mail.
- Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €100.
- You can also choose free pickup (by appointment) at our warehouse when placing your order. This service is currently only available within the Netherlands.
- All delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
- If you live in a remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. Should this be the case, we will contact you before shipment.
- Each country has different laws and regulations regarding purchasing products from other countries. Before placing an order, make sure you know the local customs laws regarding shipping of dietary supplements, among other things. It is your responsibility to know what is legal in the destination country and what is not. We will never knowingly ship a product to a country where a license is required for that country to ship and receive that product. We always ship discreetly and in a way that best assists in receiving your order. If you have questions about international orders, please contact your local customs office.
- All applicable sales taxes, other levies (including bank charges), taxes and import and export duties are exclusive.
- We cannot be held responsible or liable for taxes, duties, customs duties, quarantine fees or storage charges for packages determined by the local customs office. These costs are separate from the shipping costs and will be charged to you directly by the executing agency.
- No refunds will be given for items seized at local customs offices or items that have not been delivered, unless they are returned to us.
