You can withdraw your online purchase within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period via our website by clicking on ‘WITHDRAW ORDER’. This is our online withdrawal function for the entire order.

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by e-mail as soon as possible. This will state the content of your withdrawal and the date and time of dispatch.

You can only exercise the right of withdrawal if you return the products unused, undamaged and – as far as possible – in the original packaging. You may remove the product from the packaging to inspect it.

If you wish to withdraw a subscription order, the return conditions shall lapse.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for the ordered products. The costs and risk of the return shipment, such as loss or damage, are at your expense.
