• When purchasing a product you always have a legal warranty period. If you buy a product, you may assume that it is a sound product and that you can use it for the purpose for which it is intended. If a product does not function properly, you are entitled to free repair, a new product or a refund. What you can expect from a product depends on the type of product, which is why there is no general legal warranty period.
• If there is a defect in the product within 6 months after purchase, then the burden of proof with regard to the soundness of the product lies with us, the seller.
• If there is a defect in the product after 6 months after purchase, the burden of proof with regard to the soundness of the product lies with you, the buyer/consumer.
• In addition to the legal warranty period, we provide a 12-month warranty on our Information Speaker, commencing on the day of purchase as stated on the invoice

NB: Please bear in mind that the Information Speaker is not drop or impact resistant. Fall and impact damage is therefore not covered by the warranty. For more information about the warranty of our products, please refer to our warranty conditions.
